SUMMER & AUTUMN – minimum Fee of $100*.
We are a shared accommodation facility; there may be occasions when more guests will be staying in the lodge, and the BOOKING OFFICER or COMMITTEE may need to allocate beds to more guests.

Children 17 yo and under @ Child Rates • Children 5 yo and under stay free. Tariffs are per person in Australian Dollars, including GST.
Guest Minimum Stay in WINTER SEASON – Weekends (2 nights). Midweek (5 nights).
Booking a Private Room:
OUR POLICY OVER THE WINTER PERIOD
To enjoy a private room, a minimum booking must be made for 4 Adults plus 4 spare pillows, per room, per night.
Examples:
In Winter Peak Weekend – $140 x 4 persons plus 4 x $5 spare pillows = $580 per room per night.
In Winter Spring Midweek – $76 x 4 persons plus 4 x $5 spare pillows = $324 per room per night.
In Summer – $50 x 4 (no spare pillows) = $200 per room per night.Child rates apply to guests under 17 and under
The Booking Officer monitors all bookings and may contact you regarding your Private Room booking.
Optional Linen Hire. We can offer full linen hire for $55 (including GST) extra for the duration of your Winter stay per bed.
Price is per double/queen bed and includes 2 x queen flat sheets, 2 x pillow cases, 2 x towels and 1 x bath mat.
Please select linen hire when making an online booking or ask our booking officer to include linen hire in your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in excess of 30 days before occupancy will be refunded less a $55 (Including GST) cancellation fee.
Cancellations received less than 30 days before occupancy will not be refunded unless the booking can be re-let, in which case a $55 (including GST) booking fee will apply.
Travel Insurance
Arrabri Alpine Club strongly recommend you insure against loss of deposit or monies paid in the event of having to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. Click links for Information PDF.
